Operating in a small team, you will be working in a varied role to ensure the smooth running and growth of the Service Provision business.
Installations Manager/Coordinators Responsibilities;
* Planning of contractors for Installations Projects throughout the UK for our main clients.
* Management of a team of Foreman & Fitters who will be working nationwide on installations and refurbishment projects.
* Communicating with the on-site teams to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
* Dealing with any on site issues quickly and effectively
* Liaising and coordinating project activities with principle contractors, client representatives and other specialist subcontractors
* Liaise with clients and contractors throughout each project and ensure company policies are implemented throughout the duration of the project.
* Produce weekly reports of current projects and completion dates for the clients and team.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients
* Recruit teams of fitters of varying skill sets to complete works
* Attend sites where suitable to ensure projects are on time and also to keep in contact with our teams on site.

* Pro-active and self-motivated; ability to use initiative and escalate issues when appropriate
* General computer literacy; good working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills, Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum - dependent on experience
Hours: 8am – 5pm (out of hours calls when required)
