As a Customer Service Advisor in our Inbound Customer Contact Centre, you’ll be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional service to our customers.
1. Handling Customer Contacts:
* You’ll receive and assess inbound customer queries via phone, email, or online chat.
* Providing advice, guidance, and solutions to meet customer needs will be a key part of your role.
* Accurately record all transactions with customers in their computer-based records.
