The role
As a Newly Qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor in Aberdeen, you will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of title, supported by experienced colleagues and administrative staff.
You will guide clients through each stage of the conveyancing process, maintaining regular communication and ensuring transactions progress smoothly. Responsibilities will also include drafting legal documentation, reviewing title deeds and acting in relation to lender requirements.
There will also be the opportunity to support on related private client work such as wills and powers of attorney, broadening your overall skillset.
About you
This role would suit a Newly Qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who:
