Key Responsibilities
* Manage onsite recruitment processes for client organisations
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships
* Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and interviews
* Coordinate onsite recruitment activities
* Manage candidate screening and selection processes
* Provide real-time recruitment support and solutions
* Track and report on recruitment metrics
* Ensure compliance with client and organisational recruitment standards
* Manage candidate and client expectations effectively
Essential Requirements
* Valid driving licence
* Own reliable transportation
* Flexibility to work weekdays and weekend on-call activities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Proven experience in onsite recruitment
