Overview
Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home. You’ll look after the different needs of residents to enable quality, person-centred care and support. You’ll supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. You will respect the dignity and preferences of residents and contribute to a warm, welcoming and vibrant environment.

Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
* Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
* Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualised care and support.
* Opportunity to develop through ongoing training; progression to roles such as Care Practitioner, Regional Carer or nursing roles.
