T hey are currently looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team in Burntwood where you will be registering applicants, booking viewings and valuations, negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion. Main Duties: Arranging and carrying out property viewings Negotiating sales Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have Progressing sales to completion Key Skills for the Estate Agency Role: Estate Agency experience is essential Excellent communications skills Local and Knowledgeable about the area Excellent interpersonal skills Professional and Positive attitude Good negotiation skills Self-motivated 5 day week - Mon - Sat, alternate Saturdays and a day off in the week. Mon-Fri 9-5:30 Sat 9-4:00. May consider a 4-day week option but still involving Saturdays.
