We are seeking a proactive and experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of technical skills across multiple trades including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance. This role involves both reactive and planned maintenance work, ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and well-maintained.
