Team Kit Manager – Red Bull Racing & Red Bull Technology
Job Summary
This role will lead and shape the strategic direction of team kit, overseeing the ordering, production and distribution of trackside and factory team clothing, as well as driver and team technical clothing. It includes management of the end-to-end team kit process, contractor operations, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure the kit aligns with brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
* Stakeholder Management – collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer, Marketing Operations Director, Sporting Director, Finance and Marketing teams; serve as a brand ambassador and key point of contact for senior management and drivers.
* Inventory Management – oversee the entire inventory process, maintain accurate records for on-track, travel and event clothing, manage supplier relationships, ensure timely delivery, negotiate terms, and monitor inventory levels for reordering.
* Kit Maintenance – maintain the kit log, coordinate repairs and replacements, work with mechanics and engineers on technical issues, devise alternative solutions, and ensure compliance with FIA technical rules.
* Distribution and Allocation – manage kit distribution through Senior Team Kit Executive, coordinate logistics for international travel and local events, ensuring all team members receive required gear.
* Travel Logistics – coordinate packing and transportation of apparel for races and events, provide driver kit checklists, and confirm on-time arrival of items.
* Budget Management – control the team kit budget, identify cost‑saving opportunities, improve procurement and management processes, and maintain financial accountability.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the motorsports industry.

* Strong organisational and time‑management skills with ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Attention to detail and commitment to high quality and professionalism.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to technical apparel is a plus.
* Passion for Formula 1 racing and understanding of the sport.
* Staying informed about industry trends, innovations, and best practices in team kit management.
* Flexibility to work irregular hours; occasional travel required for trackside and off‑site events.
