Teaching Personnel is working with a supportive school on the Wirral, and is seeking a dedicated and confident Teaching Assistant. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties. Work closely with class teachers and SENCO to implement individual education plans (IEPs). Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Assist with classroom activities, behaviour management, and emotional regulation strategies. Ideal Candidate: Previous experience working with SEN children (in school or other settings). Confident, patient, and adaptable in a dynamic classroom environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
