Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Administration Manager to oversee our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a blend of administrative experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in various Microsoft Office applications. The Administration Manager will be responsible for managing office tasks, supporting staff, and enhancing operational efficiency. The use of Sage payroll and Sage accounts will be an advantage, however full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily administrative functions and ensure efficient office operations
* Maintain and update all training documents
* Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Excel and Word
* Provide support to team members in IT-related issues and troubleshooting
* Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and collaboration
* Develop and implement organisational systems to improve workflow efficiency
Skills
* Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
* Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Turkish is an advantage
* Previous office experience with a focus on administrative tasks
* Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Familiarity with IT systems and troubleshooting methods
