Overview
As a Service Operations Specialist UK&N here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in providing operational excellence and client satisfaction. You will report directly to the Business Support Leader and you'll work out of our Leicester office on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency of our operations by optimizing service processes through the effective utilization of our Service Management System (SMS), Service KPI metrics dashboard and financial control measures. Responsibilities
* Develop and enhance service processes in line with industry best practices to ensure operational excellence.
* Monitor and analyse Service KPI metrics to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and service quality.
* Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure adherence to processes and resolve any operational challenges.
* Manage financial activities, including budgeting and cost tracking, to ensure profitability of service operations.
* Drive initiatives to optimize resource utilization, reduce costs, and improve service delivery timelines while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
