The Opportunity:
We’re currently working with a progressive and modern law firm that is looking to expand its Litigation team with the appointment of a Property Litigation Solicitor or an experienced Property Litigation Paralegal. This is a fully remote position with a forward-thinking, tech-enabled practice that puts flexibility, autonomy, and high-quality client service at its core.

You’ll be exposed to a varied caseload of residential and commercial property litigation matters and have the chance to take genuine ownership of your files and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage or assist on a caseload of property litigation matters including:
* Landlord and tenant disputes
* Possession proceedings
* Rent arrears and service charge disputes
* Lease renewals and forfeiture actions
* Boundary and rights of way issues
* Draft pleadings, witness statements, and legal correspondence
* Provide clear, commercially-focused legal advice to a broad client base
* Conduct legal research and stay abreast of property litigation developments
* Work collaboratively with the wider litigation and property teams
About You:
* A Qualified Solicitor (1+ PQE) or experienced Paralegal with demonstrable experience in property litigation
* Solid understanding of civil procedure rules and relevant housing/land law
* Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confident in working remotely with good self-discipline and time management
* Proficient with legal technology and remote working tools
