Your new role
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
1. Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs
2. Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
3. Foster a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
4. Support pupils withmunication, sensory, emotional, and behavioural needs
5. Assist with classroom organisation, resources, and inclusive learning activities
What you'll need to succeed
6. A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
7. Strongmunication and collaboration skills
8. Experience working with children with SEN (in a school or other setting) is highly desirable.
9. A relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage, but not essential.
