Description

We offer a competitive salary of £33,214 and a Continued Professional Development programme to support your growth within the company.

The role involves working a 38-hour week in shifts between 8:30 am - 6:15 pm, Monday to Friday, and every 4th Saturday from 9 am - 1 pm. We also provide hybrid working, allowing up to 2 days a week from home.

On-site benefits include free parking, free barista coffee, subsidised restaurant, free fruit, and healthy snacks.


Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is:

* An achiever: passionate about your work, owning calls to resolution, motivated to excel.
* A communicator: a natural listener who builds effective relationships, comfortable with public interaction.
* An influencer: able to establish trust, share knowledge, and guide customers on next steps.
* A thriver in a fast-paced environment: handling sensitive calls with empathy, bouncing back, and staying productive.

Experience in any Customer Service role is preferred.


The Process
