If you are passionate about helping people, embrace IT, love to learn and are inquisitive with a keen eye for detail, and think you would enjoy working as part of a small team to troubleshoot, problem solve, identify solutions and enhance experiences for our customers – we need you!
In this hands-on role, you will thrive in overcoming challenges and in helping people get closer to our sport. With a thirst for knowledge and an unwavering commitment to serve others, to deliver a world leading service to our valued members, volunteers, spectators and fans. Your work will involve handling inbound calls, responding to contact forms, understanding the root cause of issues and providing exceptional experiences. You will work closely with your team, especially your line manager, to drive improvements and ensure that we are delivering on our mission.
Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls and respond to contact forms, understanding the root cause of issues and providing exceptional experiences.
* Collaborate with the team and line manager to drive improvements and ensure delivery of the mission.
* Troubleshoot, problem solve and identify solutions to enhance customer experiences for members, volunteers, spectators and fans.
* Adapt to hybrid and flexible hours after the initial training period.
* Work in an office-based setting for the initial two-week training period.
Qualifications
* Passionate about helping people, with a customer-focused mindset.
* Comfortable with IT, enthusiastic about learning, and detail-oriented.
* Strong empathy and ability to connect with others.
The role will be office based full time for the initial training period of 2 weeks with hybrid and flexible hours after that – we all have lives outside of work!
