This role operates primarily on a remote working arrangement that requires occasional travel to one of our Campus locations. Arden work location will be added to employment contracts.

About our Department
The successful candidate will join the dynamic and growing academic team in the Department of Supply Chain and Project Management, supporting the delivery and development of undergraduate, postgraduate, and degree apprenticeship programmes. We offer a broad range of programmes designed to prepare students for today’s global supply chains and project based environments, combining academic rigour with real world relevance in areas such as logistics, procurement, sustainability, digital innovation, and project leadership. We partner with employers and industry to ensure students gain knowledge, confidence and practical experience.
About the Opportunity
This Lecturer in Project Management and Supply Chain (Distance Learning) reports to the Head of Department for Project Management and Supply Chain. You will:
* Deliver engaging online lectures and occasionally onsite cover for lecturers
* Take on module leadership, develop learning materials and schemes of work
* Oversee assessment marking, create authentic assessments and provide high quality feedback
* Lead or support creation of new programmes and refresh existing ones to align with industry trends
* Collaborate to provide academic advice and support to students
* Drive innovation in teaching, student support and assessment techniques
About You
We seek someone who can bring current industry practice to life for students, with a strong focus on teaching, learning and student experience, and a contribution to the Department's partnerships and knowledge exchange. You will also support international partners.
You will need to demonstrate the ability to teach at least one of the following:
* Project Management
* Supply Chain Management
Desirable:
* Applications from candidates with PhD or near completion
* Membership or qualifications from professional bodies such as CMI, CIPD, APM, CIPS, CILT, CIM
