Job Description
* Overseeing all aspects of tax planning, compliance, and management.
* Leading and assisting with M&A and Transaction related activities.
* Developing and implementing tax strategies to optimise efficiency.
* Liaising with regulatory bodies and ensuring compliance with tax laws.
* Preparing and reviewing tax returns and reports.
* Providing guidance on tax implications of business decisions.
* Collaborating with other departments in the company to ensure tax compliance.
* Managing and mentoring tax team members.
* Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations in the insurance industry.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Tax Manager should have:
* Professional certification ACA, ACCA or CTA.
* Extensive knowledge of tax planning, compliance, and management.
* Prior experience in a similar role in the insurance industry.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in tax software and other relevant computer applications.
