We are looking for an experienced OT to join our Enhanced Intermediate Care Team. We are a multi-disciplinary team of OTs, physios, nurses and support coordinators, working together to facilitate discharge from hospital, prevent unnecessary hospital admission and maximize independence at home. We work alongside a large team of support workers providing a short term reablement service. We are a friendly and supportive team who work in a hybrid fashion with a mix of home working, office based working and visits in people’s homes. This is a fast moving, highly effective service that provides valuable support to people at times of crisis and is a very well regarded service.
Experience in reablement is essential along with a positive attitude. There is also an element of shift working – one 12 – 8 shift per week – I’m open to discussion around this. Full time is preferred
