As our FP&A Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial insight that guides our strategic decisions. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you'll lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis—helping senior leaders understand performance, plan effectively and drive the continued growth of a market‑leading care provider. We're looking for someone who is highly hands‑on, comfortable working in the detail, and able to deliver high‑quality analysis and outputs at pace. Salary: Up to £70,000 DOE
Location: Alcester (Hybrid)
What you'll do
Prepare, collate and review monthly management accounts and financial reports for the Financial Controller.
Draft clear, insightful commentary on P&L, cashflow and balance sheet performance.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning across multiple business units.
Analyse historical performance, trends and competitor data to shape decision‑making.
Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards and analytical tools.
Support internal audits, exception reporting and compliance with financial policies and covenants.
Partner with stakeholders across the business, presenting financial insight to senior managers.
Recommend improvements to processes, reporting, and financial modelling methods.
What you'll bring
Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, modelling).
Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
A hands‑on, proactive approach—someone who takes ownership and delivers with accuracy and pace.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Clear, confident communication and presentation ability.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and collaborate effectively across teams.
Experience in a finance or process‑driven environment.
Desirable:
Experience working in a growing or multi‑site business.
Financial modelling and scenario planning expertise.
Exposure to management reporting tools or BI dashboards.
