Job Summary
We are recruiting an Immunisation Administrative School Support to assist our Immunisation and Vaccination Team in schools and community settings, delivering the Flu Vaccination programme. The successful candidate will support nurse‑led immunisation sessions in schools and community venues. Responsibilities include handling telephone calls from parents/carers, communicating with schools, and coordinating collection and transport of vaccines and equipment. Employees must follow safety measures and undertake a risk assessment.
Responsibilities
The Immunisation Administrative Support enables the nursing and HCA staff to provide an effective, efficient and caring service to the School Immunisation Service. You will support sessions in primary schools, ensure high quality patient service within a safe work environment, undertake all clerical and administrative duties, and collaborate with the Nursing Immunisation Team to meet service needs in line with policy and procedures.

Working Conditions
Salary: £14.65 an hour. Contract type: Bank. Duration: 6 months. Working pattern: Full‑time, Part‑time, Flexible working.
