Core Duties & Responsibilities
Guest Interaction: Greet guests, present menus, answer questions about menu items, and recommend options.
Order Management: Take food and beverage orders accurately, noting any special requests or dietary restrictions.
Food & Beverage Delivery: Efficiently deliver prepared food and drinks from the kitchen to the guests.
Guest Experience: Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them, resolving any concerns, and managing their overall experience.
Table & Station Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, and restock server stations with supplies like cutlery and condiments.
Communication: Effectively communicate with kitchen staff, managers, and other team members.
Required Skills
Customer Service: Provide a pleasant and positive experience for all diners.
Communication: Good verbal skills for interacting with guests and team members.
Multitasking: Clearing multiple tables, orders, and requests simultaneously.
Attention to Detail: Ensure order accuracy and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
