Regulatory Reporting AssistantRole Overview
We are working with a leading international bank to appoint a Regulatory Reporting Assistant within their London-based Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-driven professional with a solid grounding in UK regulatory reporting.
In this role, you will support the Regulatory Reporting Accountant in ensuring the accurate and timely submission of regulatory returns to the PRA. You’ll also take ownership of managing reporting systems, working cross-functionally with departments such as IT, Treasury, and Risk, while contributing to ongoing process and control improvements.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and submit monthly regulatory returns (ALMM, LCR, PRA 110).
* Compile quarterly returns (FSA017, PRA 108).
* Maintain and update the WIRES system; produce CAB documentation for IT.
* Collaborate with IT, Operations, Private Banking, Treasury, Risk, and other business lines.
* Provide cover for senior team members when needed.
* Assist with COREP returns and the Pillar 3 document.
* Support ad-hoc tasks from the CFO, Chief Accountant, and Regulatory Accountant.
Candidate Profile
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in a regulatory reporting role within UK financial services.
* Education: Graduate; qualified accountant desirable.
* Skills:
o Strong regulatory reporting knowledge (liquidity, COREP).
o Advanced Excel skills (macros, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting).
o Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
o Clear and confident communicator.
o Flexible and adaptable team player.
