About the role of Document Controller
This Tier 1 contractor traditionally specialises in large scale projects, including education, healthcare, leisure & industrial new builds, refurbishments & extensions valuing up to £300M on a nationwide basis for private and framework clients. The role of Document Controller is a permanent requirement on a long term project, working from their office in Bristol.
Responsibilities for Document Controller
* Responsible for overseeing all project documentation and ensuring it is filed correctly in line with company protocol
* Assist both clients and stakeholders with relevant CDE training when required
* Continuous maintenance and management of systems throughout the duration of the projects including archiving, running reports and ensuring the latest version is available

1. Previous experience using document management systems and other Microsoft packages is fundamental
