We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Newcastle, where you'll support the successful delivery of a new build school project – a scheme that will provide vital learning spaces for generations to come.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of the project, ensuring value, quality, and compliance at every stage. You'll work closely with our supply chain, clients, and internal teams to deliver excellence from procurement through to final account.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage subcontractor procurement and payments
2. provide timely, accurate information for CVR reporting
3. Support change control and risk mitigation with the Senior Quantity Surveyor
