For the right candidate this role offers:Salary of £55,000 - £60,000 + hybrid workingKey Responsibilities:Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop financial proposals for new business opportunities within the Scotland operation.Establish and maintain a resilient costing model tailored to the requirements of the Scotland Gateway business.Produce comprehensive financial management insights tailored to the unique dynamics of the business.Oversee both Profit & Loss statements and balance sheets, ensuring team adherence to policies and procedures.Partner with key operational stakeholders to attain budgetary and profitability objectives.Conduct financial modeling and analysis to guide strategic decision-making.Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, providing insightful operational interpretations on a weekly and periodic basis.Lead the formulation and execution of annual budgets and forecasts within specified timelines and standards.Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across operational and commercial spheres.Collaborate with non-financial managers to augment commercial acumen and grasp key budget and cost drivers.Develop customised models and reports to enhance performance by comprehensively understanding internal and external commercial and financial influences.Lead, develop, and motivate a team of finance professionals, facilitating capability and succession planning.Assist with financial audit requests as required.Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and deliverables.Requirements:Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or Qualified by Experience (QBE)Previous experience working a finance business partnering role
