Level 2 Health and Social Care Apprentice (customer or ex-customer only)
Full Time (37.5 hours per week) with flexible hours available
Fixed term 15 months (with potential for permanent opportunities)
Hourly Pay between £8.60 to £11.44 (dependent on age)

Typical day as a Health and Social Care Apprentice
* Assist customers with daily living tasks to promote independence and achieve personal goals.
* Help with activities like cooking, shopping, budgeting, maintaining tenancy, and moving to independent living.
* Contribute to support planning, goal setting, and reviews.
* Build relationships through regular chats and support, working at different times and days.

You’ll bring
* Passion for supporting others and attention to detail.
* Experience of similar services or voluntary support roles.
* Basic Microsoft Office skills and willingness to learn electronic systems.
* Minimum Level 1 in English and Maths.
* Ability to stay calm under pressure, be resilient, observant, and proactive.
* Flexible, personal approach tailored to each customer’s needs.
