This is a hands‑on support role, perfect for someone who thrives when working directly with individuals and helping them progress towards stability, employment and wellbeing.
About You
You will be someone who cares deeply about people, understands the challenges international workers face, and can work sensitively and effectively with those in vulnerable or uncertain circumstances.
You will bring:
Experience providing direct support to individuals (e.g. employment support, casework, welfare support, advocacy, coaching or community work)

Strong understanding of ethical employment, safeguarding and worker rights
Confidence supporting people with varying English levels, cultural backgrounds and personal circumstances
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
