Events can range from intimate private dinners to larger events or weddings serving canapes/bowl food or plated meals.
What’s involved?
As a Pastry Sous Chef you will work within a team of 10 to prepare and serve top end food for events ranging from Canapé parties to sit down tasting menus.
The successful Pastry Chef will also have the opportunity to lead smaller events with the view to progressing through the company.
Usually day time hours with evenings for events – shared rotas.
