* Partner with sales and brand teams to shape and deliver 365 activation plans
* Drive seasonal campaigns—bespoke or inline—across the full marketing funnel
* Lead campaign management from brief to execution and post-campaign analysis
* Manage agency partners and local networks to ensure timely, impactful delivery
* Support quarterly reviews and track performance insights for continuous improvement
* Foster strong relationships with key accounts (omnichannel and pure players)
* Monitor market and consumer trends to keep Reebok relevant and resonant
* Collaborate across marketing, sales, merchandising, and account teams
* Proactively lead initiatives that drive B2B and B2C engagement and retention
What you bring:
* Experience in (Digital) Account Marketing or Brand Marketing for a sport, fashion, or luxury brand
* Strong campaign planning and execution skills
* Proven ability to manage agencies and cross-functional teams
* Solid relationship-building skills, internally and externally
* Consumer-first mindset with a sharp eye for cultural and retail trends
* Able to adapt across sport and lifestyle narratives, and across channels
* Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and hands-on drive
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
