We’re seeking an experienced Assistant Management Accounts Manager to take charge of managing contracts, producing trading accounts, overseeing invoicing, and ensuring accurate balance sheet reconciliations. What you’ll be doing…
* Ensure timely production of profit and loss accounts and contract compliance.
* Review and prepare balance sheet reconciliations, identifying risks and opportunities.
* Ensure client invoices are accurate and issued on time.
* Provide financial support to operational and site teams.
* Lead and motivate the team, fostering growth and development.
* Deliver projects and ad hoc work on time, providing updates.
* Produce monthly reports for senior finance management.
* Coordinate financial data for year‑end audits.
* Monitor and review key controls, addressing any concerns.
