Role Overview
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face and go-to person for our students, creating a safe, vibrant community they’ll love to call home. Here’s what you’ll do:
Your Key Responsibilities
* Create a welcoming community for students.
* Organize social events and manage check-in/check-out experiences.
* Handle complaints with care, ensuring student support.
* Drive positive reviews and high satisfaction scores.
Sales and Revenue
* Help meet revenue and sales targets.
* Monitor local trends and competition.
* Achieve sales goals and encourage re-bookings.
* Balance financial targets with customer happiness.
Sustainability and Community Engagement
* Participate in volunteer days and charity events.
* Promote recycling, energy saving, and eco-friendly practices.
* Advocate for social and environmental initiatives.
Facilities Management
* Ensure buildings are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
* Foster a safety-first culture, handle emergencies, and report incidents.
* Maintain up-to-date health and safety training.
Candidate Profile
* Experience in PBSA, hospitality, or similar fields.
* Proven customer service, compliance, and sales skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems.
