Job Description: Operating in a highly complex environment, we need you to help us work with multiple organisations and stakeholders, including the Royal Navy, to deliver the full military capability into service; this is a one of a kind, no-fail mission. The role of the SSNA Programme Scheduler is to develop and lead the integrated SSNA Capability Schedule, through: Integrating the Defence Lines of Delivery schedules within the SSNA Capability schedule to deliver the programme mission. Conducting the required Schedule Risk Analysis. Coaching others in the analysis of schedule risk analysis results. Briefing senior internal and external stakeholders (including Scrutiny) on the differences between the deterministic, driving, P50/70/90 and current schedules. Programme reporting, management, support to approvals and other finance processes. Maintaining the programme schedule linkages to projects and programmes that the SSNA Programme is dependent on. Providing the programme schedule feed to projects and programmes are dependent on the SSNA Programme. Where business needs allow, some roles may be suitable for a combination of office and home-based working. This is a non-contractual arrangement where all employees will be expected to spend a minimum of 60% of their working time in office, subject to capacity.
