Sales Assistant Cheltenham Well-established local employer £28,000-£30,000k Our client, a very busy, well-established family run business, is seeking a Sales Office Assistant to join the team. This is a full-time on-site role located in Cheltenham. You will be responsible for assisting customers, providing excellent customer service, promoting sales, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. You really will be the face of the business, so we are looking for someone professional and presentable. Qualifications Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills Customer Service and Sales skills Strong Organization Skills Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Prior experience in sales or customer service roles Knowledge of plumbing and/or bathroom products is a plus Valid Drivers License Must haves Some experience selling to customers, ideally face to face Driving licence as there will be some delivering of products to customers Nice to haves Selling to trade and general public Experience within the construction/building sector Experience working on a trade counter Knowledge of heavy side and light side building materials So what will you be doing?
