A well-established regional main contractor is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their pre-construction team and further develop the businesses growth in the Home Counties and London. They have a strong track record in delivering refurbishment and fit-out projects in the healthcare, education, commercial and high-end retail sectors valuing up to £10m. The Role: Reporting to the Pre Construction Director and working alongside the Commercial and Construction Director your role as Business Development Manager will be to identify and build relationships with key decision makers promoting the Company as the business partner of choice. You’ll be a hands-on strategic thinker and be instrumental in both nurturing existing clients and developing new opportunities in the public and private sectors.
