We are currently recruiting for an experienced School Admin / Finance Admin to join a welcoming and supportive school in the Birmingham area. This is a full-time position ongoing, with the opportunity to become an essential part of a strong administrative team.

The Role – School Admin / Finance Admin
As a School Admin / Finance Admin, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school office. Duties will include:
1. Front office administration and reception duties
2. Supporting finance processes and school admin tasks
3. Managing enquiries from parents, staff, and visitors
4. Handling pupil absence calls and general school communications
5. Using SIMs to log and process key information
6. Supporting the wider admin team with school-based duties
This role is ideal for an organised and professional School Admin / Finance Admin with previous experience in an educational setting.
Requirements – School Admin / Finance Admin
To be considered for this School Admin / Finance Admin role, you will need:
7. Previous experience in a school or education office environment
8. Strong working knowledge of the SIMs, Arbor, Bromcom system
9. Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
10. Safeguarding Certificate
11. School-based references
12. Valid right to work in the UK
13. Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
