The Role
As a Pastoral Support Assistant, you will:
* Support students with attendance, behaviour, and wellbeing
* Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who need additional guidance
* Build positive relationships to support engagement and confidence
* Help students manage challenges and stay on track in school
* Liaise with teaching staff and pastoral teams
* Provide a consistent and supportive presence throughout the school day
You’ll play a key role in supporting students both inside and outside the classroom.
