Our Team
The Commercial Litigation team in Sheffield handles a variety of contract and property disputes for both commercial and individual clients. The role will sit within the Property team which specialises in a variety of cases involving trespass, nuisance, property damage, breach of covenant, and landlord and tenant claims. These claims are usually funded by Legal Expenses Insurance, so the role involves dealing with insurers as well as clients.
Your Role and What You’ll Be Doing
As a Paralegal in Commercial Litigation, you’ll support a varied caseload and build strong relationships with clients. You’ll bring confidence and a proactive approach to progressing matters efficiently, ensuring our clients receive a high-quality service.

Qualifications and Experience
* Previous Legal Assistant/Paralegal experience
* Preferably some experience within Litigation or Property Law
* Empathy and compassion to help guide our clients through challenging personal circumstances
* A friendly, enthusiastic and can-do approach
