Elevate Your Career in Senior Deal Structurer — Join our dynamic team as a Senior Deal Structurer and play a pivotal role in shaping bespoke energy contracts for Flexible energy products. This is an exciting opportunity to drive customer growth in the B2B market while delivering significant contractual improvements for our business customers.
Role Overview
* Enhance pricing and product functional expertise to support customer growth in the B2B market.
* Structure bespoke energy contracts for Flexible energy products aligned with the company’s 10-year strategic plan.
* Ensure economic viability of offers to achieve target margin outturns.
* Limit risks associated with deal structuring.
* Manage multiple projects under pressure and coordinate cross-functional teams.
* Collaborate with internal and external business partners to expand Flex offerings.
* Lead deal structuring for energy product offers, coordinating with sales, demand forecasting, supply, risk, legal, and finance.
* Present recommendations to senior management based on structured deals.
* Build professional relationships at all levels of the business and deliver high-quality work consistently.
Skills & Qualifications
* Cost Analysis: Strong analytical skills to assess costs effectively.
* Pricing Expertise: Proficient in pricing strategies for energy products.
* Structural Knowledge: Understanding of deal structuring principles and practices.
* Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for effective collaboration.
* Relationship Building: Capability to establish strong professional relationships across various business levels.
Education & Experience
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in deal structuring, pricing analysis, or related roles within the energy sector.
