Vacancy: Learning & Development Practitioner Contract: 12 months FTC (maternity cover) Closing date: Sunday 5 July Shortlisting: Monday 6 July Proposed Interview date: Wednesday 15 July Salary: £40,567.32 About the vacancy: We're excited to invite a Learning & Development Practitioner to join our People team at Hedyn. This role will work closely with the Learning and Development Specialist and will support with the design, coordination, delivery and evaluation of learning and development initiatives across Hedyn. This role plays a vital part in embedding a culture of continuous learning, supporting capability development, and improving colleague experience. Ensuring learning solutions are delivered efficiently, effectively, and aligned to organisational needs, enabling colleagues to thrive and contribute to Hedyn's strategic objectives. Specifically, in the role you will: Champion and promote a culture of continuous learning and development across Hedyn. Build key relationships across Hedyn to support managers and leaders to build capabilities and empower them to embrace a learning culture and behavioural changes. Stay informed on emerging learning trends, tools, and best practices to continuously evolve and enhance the learning function. Support with scoping, developing, designing and facilitating innovative learning & development interventions that deliver required business outcomes and cultural change. Co-ordinate and facilitate colleague development programmes across Hedyn. Work with the LACE Specialists to embed coaching, mentoring and leadership development frameworks. Work with the Learning and Development Specialist to implement learning & development projects, and wider initiatives. To continually look to improve and assist in the enhancement of learning systems to further the efficiency and effectiveness of digital learning and processes. Assist in developing and amending relevant policies, procedures and processes. Provide insight, connections, flexibility and innovative solutions to business issues.
