We are seeking a motivated and professional individual with proven experience in Residential Property/Block Management and Lettings (or a related field). You will play a key role in delivering a first-class service across a diverse portfolio of residential properties, working closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth operations and compliance with all regulations.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing a varied portfolio of residential properties with professionalism and efficiency
* Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, acting as the main point of contact
* Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and compliance with trusted contractors
* Ensuring all legal and regulatory obligations are met across the portfolio
* Organising and attending meetings with leaseholders, contractors, and stakeholders, responding efficiently to queries and concerns.
* Conduct regular inspections of properties and ensure corrective actions are addressed.
* Prepare and manage budgets, collect service charges and ground rent, handle financial transactions, and maintain accurate records
* Delivering excellent customer service in line with Eddison’s’ award-winning standards
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in Property Management and Lettings
* Strong communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
