Delivery Portfolio Lead – Naval Nuclear Propulsion at Frazer-Nash Consultancy
Location: Any Frazer-Nash Office Location, Burton-upon-Trent preferred.
Salary range: £75,000 to £90,000 per annum
Working pattern: We operate a flexible hybrid working pattern at Frazer-Nash, with time split between the office, client sites and working from home.

Frazer-Nash has been supporting the UK naval nuclear industry for over 20 years. We provide engineering services to the UK Submarine Reactor and Novel Nuclear programmes with emphasis on delivering large capability-driven programmes. Frazer-Nash is one of three Tier 1 strategic partners for Engineering Services, delivering submarine nuclear reactor design, analysis, manufacture, assurance and in-service support. This role supports delivery into the naval nuclear portfolio, with approximately 140 staff currently involved.
Responsibilities
* The Delivery Portfolio Lead holds operational responsibility and leads the delivery governance function for all projects within their portfolio.
* Provides customer-focused guidance on technical, project and campaign matters to Project Managers and Bid Managers in the Capability dimension who deliver projects and bids within the delegated client-facing portfolio.
* Holds delegated responsibility for project performance targets, contract acceptance approvals, and is consulted in relation to bid/no-bid decisions for opportunities within the portfolio area.
* May provide client-specific mentoring and coaching and may functionally manage a team of deployed resources at an account level over long periods.
* Contributes to shaping and optimising the delivery stream by integrating multi-discipline capability channels from the Capability Dimension.
* Supports continued growth and contributes to advancing key projects across the UK’s naval nuclear landscape.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience delivering complex programmes within the naval nuclear or equivalent highly regulated sector is expected (not explicitly listed as separate bullets in original text, retained as implied requirement).
