Job Description
* Provide administrative support to senior team members, ensuring tasks are completed promptly.
* Manage diaries, organise meetings, and coordinate schedules effectively.
* Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with a professional approach.
* Maintain accurate records and filing systems for easy access and reference.
* Prepare reports and presentations as required by senior staff.
* Assist in the planning and execution of team events or client meetings.
* Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and liaise with suppliers as needed.
* Perform other ad hoc duties to support the smooth running of the office.
The Successful Applicant
A successful PA should have:
* Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role, ideally within the property industry.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* A professional and approachable demeanour when interacting with team members and clients.
What\'s on Offer
* Competitive hourly rate of approximately £14.40-£17.60 per hour.
* Contract is 2-3 months, this is a newly created role due to a continued amount of growth in the business
* Flexible working hours: Monday to Wednesday (10:00-15:30) and Thursday (10:00-15:00).
