Key Responsibilities
* Handle a broad and stimulating caseload of property disputes, working alongside leading individuals and contributing to a team with a first‑class reputation.
* Manage the caseload which includes, but is not limited to:
* Contentious landlord and tenant matters (acting for both landlords and tenants across residential and commercial matters).
* Boundary disputes.
* General property disputes.
* TOLATA claims.
* Professional negligence claims relating to property.
* Commercial and general litigation support when required.
* Work within a Legal 500‑ranked team with recognised leaders in the field.
* Deliver high‑quality caseload and exposure to complex, rewarding work.
* Seize clear opportunities for career progression and professional development.
