Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress/Bar person to join our team at the Allan Park As a vital member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. Your duties will include greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Renumeration: The on target earnings for this role are £9.05 – £13.71 phr (comprising a base of £7.55 - £12.21phr plus a qualified £1.50 phr in gratuities and service charge). As a member of the team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.
Hours / shifts can be tailored to suit. Up to 45 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables
* Present menus and provide detailed information on specials
* Take accurate food and drink orders
* Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
* Check on customers to ensure satisfaction
* Process payments and issue receipts
* Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area
Qualifications:
* Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress preferred but not essential
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Basic math skills for handling payments
* Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
