Position Overview
Physiotherapist – Vale Hospital | Physiotherapy | Permanent | Part Time | Up to 38,500 dependent on experience, 24 hours per week.
Qualifications
* BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
* Excellent inpatient orthopedic experience.
* Strong communication skills and ability to engage with all types of patients.
* Commitment to professional development and becoming a competent practitioner.
Responsibilities
* Work across inpatients pre‑and post‑operative cases.
* Be part of a multidisciplinary team of nurses, AHPs and consultants, supported by a regional Clinical Lead.
* Help patients achieve, maintain and recover to their aspired level of health and wellbeing.
* Deliver excellent clinical care that is safe, effective, caring, well‑led and responsive to patients’ needs.
* Be compliant with all governance standards and participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes.
* Enjoy protected CPD time and access to programmes and events by the Nuffield Health Academy.
Development & Support
In‑house in‑service training is offered monthly covering a variety of MSK topics to support ongoing professional development and clinical excellence. Additional CPD courses and online content are available through the Learning and Development Academy.
