Main duties of the job
1. Undertake nursing assessment and evaluation to enabledevelopment of appropriate plans of care based on the needs of the individual
2. Be able to work under own initiative andwithout direct supervision
3. Beproficient in the delivery of care to patients
4. Ensure safeadministration of drugs in accordance with NMC and CHS policies
5. Ensure accurate records are kept inaccordance with CHS policy and NMC guidelines
6. Carry outnursing procedures and techniques in accordance with agreed policies andstandards
7. Undertakeregular mandatory training*

Job Title: Registered Nurse- Oncology Band 6
Trust Location: Lister, East and North Hertfordshire NHS Foundation Trust
Pay Rates: £17- £28 Per hour.
Hours: Flexible
