Job Overview
Radiotherapy Assistant Team Leader - Band 3/Band 4 (depending on experience)
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the admin team within Radiotherapy across both our sites (Reading and Bracknell).
You must have good communication skills and be able to communicate with both staff and patients and offer patients advice within their scope of practice.
You must also be organised and be aware and able to act on service delivery requirements and be confident with change management.
Skills associated with the procedures within the mould room setting would be highly beneficial.

To work within the Radiotherapy department at the Royal Berkshire Hospital within the admin and support team.
To supervise and manage the radiotherapy Admin and support team within the radiotherapy department at the Royal Berkshire Hospital. This will involve working across both our Reading and Bracknell sites.
The successful candidate will need to be confident communicating with patients and answering queries within their own scope of practice.
To be aware of service delivery requirements and to be able to suggest changes as required.
