Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Scottish Solicitor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Scottish law and the Personal Injury process, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The role will involve:
* Advising clients on their legal rights and options following a personal injury
* Preparing and managing claims on behalf of clients
* Negotiating settlements with insurers
* Representing clients in court
Qualifications and Experience:
* 2+ years’ experience in personal injury law
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Skills:
* Experience in Scottish Personal Injury law, inclusive of RTA, Credit Hire, EL and Clinical negligence.
* Good understanding of credit/debt hire controls
* Use of Proclaim
