Your new role
As a Customer Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in winning, maintaining, and expanding customer relationships within your assigned territory. You’ll be responsible for driving new opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and supporting the ongoing growth of the business.
You’ll work closely with technical sales support whenever customers require customised solutions, and act as a keymunication link between clients and internal engineering teams.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Bring new customers on board and maintain long‑term relationships with existing accounts.
2. Understand customer and business needs in order to cross‑sell and up‑sell thepany’s full product range.
3. Coordinate with support and management teams to meet customer expectations.
4. Act as themunication bridge between customers and internal engineering teams.
5. Contribute to wider sales strategy including:Monthly sales reviewsNew account developmentRe‑engagement of resurfaced customersIdentification of improvement areasConsistent branding and messaging across customer‑facing channelsBudget reviewsSupporting service teamsAppointment bookingInternational customer reviews
6. Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs regularly, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with other sales managers to avoid conflict and support shared goals.
8. Coordinate with customer personnel to maximise sales.
9. Manage sales funnels, forecasting, and conversion of new opportunities.
10. Drive and execute sales and marketing campaigns.
What you'll get in return

12. Ideally educated to Bachelor’s or Master’s level in Sales or a related field.
