Package?
* £50,000 - 55,000 base (DOE) + Performance bonuses

The right candidate does not have to be a Solar design expert, however a good motivator and co-ordinator for the team, whilst having good technical knowledge around Solar / engineering (ideally an engineering degree), serving as the middle point for Sales and Operations whilst keeping the design team on track.
